The goal of the Epic Engineering Spring kit is to give the vehicle a more aggressive stance, and increase the intensity of the driving experience while maintaining a smooth and comfortable ride. Ride height is lowered by approximately 1 inch all around, with a little less in the rear to provide a more raked stance.
The overall balance of the vehicle is greatly improved reducing unwanted under steer. Pitch and roll motions are substantially reduced and turn in response is markedly increased. In our experience, just about all understeer and body roll is eliminted with this spring kit, while still maintaining the advantages of a fully independent suspension.
Greater Neutrality and control introduce the element of throttle manipulation to the vehicles handling. Correspondingly steering inputs under braking are more effective as there is less dive during rapid deceleration. Make no mistake however, these springs are designed for use with the stock struts and are aimed toward those who want better handling in their daily driver. If you're looking for a competition setup, these probably aren't going to be the best springs for you.
